Maintenance Offshore Preparator

About the role

Madre Integrated Engineering is looking for a Maintenance Offshore Preparator in Doha. The role covers planning, preparing and coordinating maintenance activities so that preventive, corrective and shutdown work on offshore oil and gas facilities is carried out safely, efficiently and cost-effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed work packs, job plans, resource requirements and material lists for maintenance activities.
• Review maintenance requests and develop work scopes with the Operations and Maintenance teams.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse and Logistics to ensure timely availability of materials and spare parts.
• Prepare manpower requirements, equipment needs and execution schedules.
• Ensure compliance with company maintenance procedures, HSE requirements and industry standards.
• Support shutdown planning and execution.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and update CMMS systems.
• Take part in risk assessments, toolbox talks and work permit reviews.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in offshore or oil and gas facilities.
• Strong understanding of maintenance planning, scheduling and execution.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Required skills

• Experience with CMMS systems such as SAP, Maximo or equivalent.
