Manager Commercial Efficiency

About the role

We are seeking a highly capable and results‑oriented Manager Commercial Efficiency to support the delivery of key commercial initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness, standardisation and business performance across commercial functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of an assigned Commercial Efficiency portfolio, ensuring initiatives are implemented effectively against agreed plans, milestones and performance measures.
• Monitor portfolio progress, risks, dependencies and resource requirements while providing timely status updates and managing operational issues.
• Ensure consistent application of governance frameworks, methodologies, standards and delivery processes across initiatives.
• Review business cases, analyse operational and financial performance data, and support value‑realisation activities and investment decisions.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of Commercial Efficiency professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain effective partnerships with stakeholders across commercial and corporate functions to support successful delivery and adoption of initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Management or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in commercial excellence, sales operations, business performance or transformation.
• Proven experience developing and implementing commercial frameworks, governance models and operational standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross‑functional stakeholders and drive organisational change.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking and problem‑solving capability.

Required skills

• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, influencing, communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent English with strong command of written and spoken language.
