Manager - Communications

McKinsey & Company is looking for a Manager – Communications to shape and execute creative communications strategies that showcase the firm’s knowledge, maintain its reputation, and bring campaigns to life across the Middle East region. Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated communications programs that align with firm themes and branding.
• Lead planning and execution of flagship events, roundtables, partner dinners, and practice‑specific activations.
• Manage sponsorship negotiations, speaking opportunities, and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with client activation teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Drive post‑event amplification in partnership with the Digital Lead.
