About the role

As a Manager of IFEC Editorial Strategy and Campaign within Qatar Airways' Product Development & Design division, you will shape the airline’s brand narrative across in‑flight entertainment, digital platforms, and marketplace environments. You will coordinate integrated campaigns that bring content, product, and commercial initiatives to life for passengers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage multi‑channel campaign strategies supporting content launches, product features, commercial promotions, and marketplace initiatives.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end campaign execution across in‑flight entertainment systems, mobile applications, and digital channels, ensuring on‑time and error‑free launches.
• Support commercial and product initiatives by executing structured campaigns for product releases, feature rollouts, and marketplace promotions.
• Prioritise campaigns based on seasonal demand, strategic initiatives, and business priorities.
• Track and report campaign performance using engagement, awareness, and conversion KPIs across inflight and digital platforms.

Required profile

• Proven ability to deliver integrated campaign impact measured by reach and alignment scores.
• Strong coordination skills to ensure seamless end‑to‑end campaign execution.
• Experience supporting commercial and product initiatives through structured campaign planning.
• Capability to optimise campaign prioritisation based on business impact.
• Analytical mindset to measure campaign success using engagement and conversion metrics.
