Manager – IT Audit – Bilingual Arabic Speaker

About the role

Protiviti is seeking a Manager to lead end‑to‑end IT audit and cybersecurity risk assessments for large, complex clients. The role combines technical audit expertise with client relationship management and business development in a bilingual Arabic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage comprehensive IT audits, cybersecurity risk assessments, and regulatory compliance engagements (SOX 404, PCI‑DSS, HIPAA, SOC 1/2).
• Evaluate IT general controls, application controls, cloud security, and data‑privacy frameworks such as GDPR and CCPA.
• Design audit plans and risk‑based testing strategies tailored to each client’s IT environment.
• Supervise and mentor engagement teams, providing feedback and ensuring high‑quality deliverables.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with CIOs, CISOs, and audit committees.
• Provide insights on emerging cyber threats, cloud, AI, and zero‑trust architectures.
• Support business development by preparing proposals, presenting to prospects, and contributing to thought leadership.
• Collaborate with internal audit, enterprise risk, and data‑analytics teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IT audit, cybersecurity, or risk advisory, preferably with a Big 4 or similar consulting firm.
• Relevant certifications strongly preferred (CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CPA).
• Proven ability to lead large‑scale IT and cybersecurity audits.
