Manager / Senior Manager – Audit (Arabic Speaking)

About the role

EY is seeking a native Arabic‑speaking Manager or Senior Manager to lead complex audit engagements at its Doha office. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality audit work, building strong client relationships, and supporting the firm’s growth in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute audit strategies in line with EY policies and client requirements.
• Perform complex audit procedures and lead engagement teams, adjusting team size as needed.
• Manage financial aspects of engagements, including staffing, fee tracking, and issue escalation.
• Identify and communicate audit risks, ensuring timely escalation to senior leadership.
• Participate in business development initiatives and contribute to the firm’s market expansion.

Required profile

• Minimum eight years of professional experience in external audit.
• Strong academic record with a professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, or CA).
• Previous experience at a Big 4 accounting firm.
• Native proficiency in Arabic.
• Proactive, accountable, and results‑driven mindset.
