About the role
Souq Waqif Boutique Hotels is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to lead the housekeeping operations at the Al Najada Doha Hotel by Tivoli.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness across rooms, public and common areas.
- Build productive relationships with housekeeping staff, clients, and contractors.
- Support the team to deliver excellent cleaning services.
- Oversee daily on‑the‑job training for cleaning employees.
- Maintain accurate financial, maintenance and inventory records.
Required profile
- Experience managing a housekeeping team.
- Experience controlling budgets, supplies, replacements and consumables.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, time‑management and organisational skills.
- Strong eye for detail and ability to follow procedures.
