Market Specialist

About the role

The Market Specialist will work full‑time on‑site in Doha, supporting CFO Advisory and Accountancy by delivering market research and analysis that informs strategic decisions, pricing and service development.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs and competitive activity relevant to advisory and accountancy services.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and presentations for internal stakeholders and client‑facing materials.
• Collaborate with advisory and accountancy teams to translate market insights into actionable recommendations.
• Support customer‑service initiatives by capturing market feedback and ensuring it is reflected in service offerings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Finance or a related field.
• Experience in professional services, consulting or financial advisory environments is preferred.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication abilities for clear reporting and stakeholder updates.

Required skills

• Proficiency with data analysis tools.
• Advanced use of spreadsheets.
• Experience with presentation software.
• Familiarity with CRM or market intelligence platforms.
