Marketing, CRM & Showroom Sales Coordinator

About the role

CASTAMO Furniture & Interiors seeks a creative, organized and client‑oriented professional to coordinate marketing, CRM and showroom sales activities in Doha. Working a hybrid schedule, you will manage lead follow‑up, support showroom operations and produce visual content that showcases our furniture collections.

Key responsibilities

• Capture and qualify incoming leads from WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, the website and advertising campaigns.
• Maintain accurate client records in GoHighLevel CRM and schedule qualified showroom appointments.
• Follow up on quotations, approvals and client decisions, re‑activating old leads when appropriate.
• Welcome showroom visitors, assist with product selection, and support the sales team during client meetings.
• Create daily social‑media stories, weekly reels and mood‑board presentations to promote showroom offerings.
• Prepare quotations, design packages and visual presentations for client proposals.
• Ensure the showroom is organized and close the space at 10:00 PM each day.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a client‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work under sales targets and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Comfortable with both face‑to‑face interaction and digital follow‑up.
• Willingness to work evenings and close the showroom at the scheduled time.

Required skills

• Proficiency with GoHighLevel CRM.
• Experience using WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook for lead generation.
• Graphic design and mood‑board creation (visual communication).
• Social‑media content creation and basic video editing for reels.
