Marketing Executive – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Marketing Executive will support the planning and execution of marketing activities for Banana Island Resort Doha, helping to strengthen the resort’s brand presence, increase awareness, drive guest engagement, and support revenue generation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing the resort’s annual and monthly marketing plans, including campaigns, promotions, packages and seasonal activities.
• Coordinate the creation of promotional materials for rooms, dining, wellness, recreation and events, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Manage social media platforms and content calendar, producing posts, stories, videos, reels and other engaging content.
• Work with photographers, videographers, designers and agencies to produce high‑quality visual assets.
• Support digital advertising campaigns, monitor performance and help update website content, email newsletters and other digital communications.
• Maintain an organized library of approved photographs, videos, logos and marketing assets.
• Proofread all marketing communications before publication.
• Assist with public‑relations activities, media visits, influencer collaborations and partnership initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong interest in luxury hospitality and brand storytelling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Team player who can collaborate with internal departments and external agencies.

Required skills

• Experience with social media management and content creation.
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and performance monitoring.
• Basic knowledge of website content updates and email marketing tools.
