Marketing Intern

About the role

Kempinski is looking for a Marketing Intern in Doha to support its Marketing & Communications team. The intern helps run promotional campaigns, digital marketing, content creation, social media coordination and brand activations that fit the hotel's luxury standards and Kempinski's values, driving brand awareness and business revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Support all marketing and communication activities courteously, professionally and efficiently.
• Help draft creative copy, social media posts, newsletters and promotional announcements for hotel outlets, rooms, spa and events.
• Support the creation and scheduling of daily and weekly content on digital and social channels such as Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook.
• Assist with photo and video shoots, media visits, influencer collaborations and promotional events.
• Help monitor brand compliance across digital platforms, third-party listings, printed collateral and on-property signage.
• Maintain the marketing department's digital media library, including images, logos, press clippings and videos.
• Track, review and report on social media metrics, campaigns and competitor marketing activity.
• Help prepare and coordinate promotional materials for Food & Beverage, Spa, Rooms and Banqueting.
• Keep workspaces, files and project schedules organised and attend departmental meetings, briefings and training sessions.
• Carry out reasonable administrative tasks, ad-hoc projects and other duties assigned by the Department Head.
