Marketing Manager – Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead sales and marketing initiatives for Al Samriya Autograph Collection, a luxury hospitality property in Al Shahaniya, Qatar. The role focuses on building long‑term, value‑based relationships with customers and driving revenue through proactive sales activities.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with off‑property sales channels to coordinate and complement sales efforts.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers through sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows and community outreach.
• Participate in sales calls, generate proposals, write contracts and manage customer correspondence.
• Identify new business opportunities, analyse market trends, competitors and economic conditions to maximise revenue.
• Provide accurate turnover information to Event Management and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in line with company standards to drive loyalty and account growth.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field with at least 3 years of sales and marketing experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to achieve personal sales goals and contribute to location revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, target customer expectations and competitive landscape.
