Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing department, develop and execute strategies, and enhance brand presence locally and internationally. The role works closely with sales to align pricing and profit objectives and collaborates with project and direct managers on major events.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the entire marketing department and manage all marketing activities.
• Develop and implement a marketing strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Set marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts.
• Research market trends, demographics, pricing, and competitor offerings to inform strategies.
• Collaborate with sales to coordinate campaigns and pricing strategies.
• Plan and execute conferences, trade shows, and other major events.
• Manage the creation and approval of promotional materials, website content, and advertisements.
• Maintain relationships with media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other vendors.
• Control the marketing budget, forecast expenditures, and ensure cost‑effective plans.
• Track marketing and sales data, produce reports, and present insights to senior leadership.
• Adjust campaigns based on performance data and feedback.
• Oversee digital marketing activities, including media campaigns, social media, CRM databases, and website management.
• Interview, hire, and train marketing staff members.
