About the role
Madre Integrated Engineering is hiring a Marketing Training Officer in Doha, Qatar, for a 3-year contract. The role covers planning and budgeting marketing activities for the company and the Middle East region, and aligns them with internal and external partners.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and strategically budget marketing activities for the company and the Middle East region
- Ensure proper alignment with internal and external partners
- Clarify training needs with the business department
- Assess training partners
- Work with the Quality Assurance and Continual Improvement section to secure and maintain ISO, risk management and ISMS certification
- Ensure all department activities comply with company health and safety regulations
Required profile
- 5 years of experience as a Marketing Training Officer
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
- Learning & Development specialisation with a Marketing certification
- Bilingual in English and Arabic, both speaking and writing
