About the role
Egis Group is seeking a detail‑oriented Maximo/EAMS Technician to join its Doha team. You will manage and optimise the Enterprise Asset Management System to support efficient maintenance operations and asset reliability.
Key responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IBM Maximo or a similar EAMS platform.
- Create and manage work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, and asset records.
- Generate reports, analyse data for trends, and recommend improvements.
- Provide technical support and training to end‑users on EAMS functionality.
- Implement system upgrades, ensure data integrity, and maintain database performance.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
- 3‑5 years of experience with Maximo or comparable EAMS.
- Strong problem‑solving, analytical and organisational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently on multiple priorities and communicate clearly.
Required skills
- IBM Maximo (or comparable Enterprise Asset Management system).
- SQL and database management.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
