MEP Procurement Engineer

About the role

We are looking to hire an MEP Procurement Engineer to join our company, handling procurement activities for HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire‑fighting sprinkler, electrical systems and related spare parts and consumables.

Key responsibilities

• Procure equipment, materials and systems in line with project quality and specification requirements.
• Order materials and subcontractors timely within approved budget.
• Check ex‑stock availability in central and sub‑stores before ordering.
• Ensure timely delivery to support site installation according to the work program.
• Follow management‑approved procurement procedures regarding time, cost and quality.
• Prepare documentation for internal processes and manage excess material returns.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP procurement or a related field.
• Ability to maintain company reputation through fair dealings and prompt payment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HVAC systems procurement.
• Experience with plumbing and drainage equipment sourcing.
• Familiarity with fire‑fighting sprinkler and electrical systems procurement.
• Understanding of procurement processes, documentation and supplier management.
