MEP Project Engineer – UAE

About the role

We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Engineer to lead the delivery of high‑quality mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems for landmark projects across the UAE. The role combines technical oversight, coordination with design and procurement teams, and on‑site supervision to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required standards.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all engineering deliverables comply with project specifications, local and international codes, and safety regulations.
• Manage material submittals, procurement processes and long‑lead item tracking.
• Coordinate design work with drafting teams and offshore resources using BIM tools.
• Provide on‑site supervision, monitoring quality, safety and progress of MEP installations.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and support testing and commissioning activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP engineering and project execution.
• BSc in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of UAE and international codes, BIM 360 and Revit.
