MEP & Refrigeration Maintenance Supervisor (F&B Operations)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced MEP & Refrigeration Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the engineering systems of our central kitchens, restaurants, production facilities and cold‑storage units in Doha. The role ensures reliable operation of MEP, HVAC, refrigeration and commercial kitchen equipment while supporting food safety and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance across all facilities.
• Maintain and troubleshoot MEP systems, HVAC equipment, commercial refrigeration units, cold rooms, walk‑in chillers/freezers and kitchen equipment.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to maximise equipment reliability.
• Lead a team of maintenance technicians, allocate work and enforce SOPs and safety procedures.
• Monitor equipment performance, conduct root‑cause analysis and recommend repairs or replacements.
• Coordinate with external contractors, manage inventories, spare parts and service records.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, electrical safety, LOTO and company HSE policies.
• Prepare maintenance reports, KPIs and engineering documentation.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC & Refrigeration or related field; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• 8‑12 years of engineering maintenance experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role within central kitchens, catering, food manufacturing or restaurant chains.
• Relevant certifications (HVAC, Refrigeration, Electrical Safety, HACCP, IOSH, NEBOSH) are preferred.
• Prior GCC/Qatar experience highly desirable.
