Merchant Acquisition & Success Executive

About the role

Amaken is a next‑generation restaurant platform expanding rapidly across Qatar. We are looking for a street‑smart sales executive who can onboard fine‑dining and casual‑dining restaurants onto our platform, driving visibility, reservations and diner engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and onboard fine‑dining and casual‑dining restaurants across Qatar.
• Leverage existing F&B network to accelerate platform adoption.
• Conduct in‑person and online demos for owners, general managers and F&B directors.
• Communicate Amaken’s value proposition and close deals to meet monthly onboarding and revenue targets.
• Build trusted, long‑term relationships with restaurant decision‑makers during onboarding and early usage.
• Collect market feedback and relay insights to product and leadership teams.
• Track competitor activity and identify upsell or partnership opportunities.
• Represent Amaken at industry events and restaurant openings.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of sales or business development experience in hospitality/F&B.
• Strong existing network with fine‑dining, casual‑dining restaurants and hospitality operators in Qatar.
• Proven experience selling B2B solutions to restaurants.
• Prior exposure to restaurant POS or food‑delivery platforms (e.g., Talabat, Rafeeq, Snoonu).
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and closing skills.
• Comfortable with field sales and face‑to‑face meetings.
