MHS Project Manager – International Airport

About the role

The MHS Project Manager / Senior Manager will lead the design, construction, testing, commissioning and operational readiness of the Material Handling System for a major international airport project, ensuring safe and efficient delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee design, technical submissions, procurement, construction, installation, testing and commissioning of the MHS.
• Manage contractor performance, ensuring compliance with designs, specifications, programme, quality and HSE requirements.
• Coordinate with airport operators, authorities and other stakeholders to integrate MHS requirements.
• Lead Testing & Commissioning (T&C) and Operational Readiness, Activation and Transition (ORAT) activities.

Required profile

• Recognized Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years experience on large‑scale construction projects and at least 10 years in senior management on international airport projects.
• Proven experience managing MHS projects within major airports, including complex passenger terminal developments.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
