Middle Frontend Engineer (Merchant Portal)

About the role

We are looking for a Middle Frontend Engineer to join Snoonu’s Merchant Portal team. You will build and enhance user‑facing features using modern React technologies, delivering fast and reliable experiences for our super‑app platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Merchant Portal frontend using React.js.
• Implement UI components with Ant Design or Material‑UI.
• Manage application state with Recoil or Redux.
• Handle data fetching and caching with React Query.
• Optimize frontend performance, minimize load times and reduce resource usage.
• Write unit and integration tests using Jest and React Testing Library.
• Collaborate directly with designers and product managers to create delightful user experiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of professional front‑end development experience.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with design and product teams.

Required skills

• JavaScript (including DOM manipulation and object model).
• React.js and its core principles.
• UI libraries such as Ant Design or Material‑UI.
• State management with Recoil or Redux.
• Data fetching and caching with React Query.
• Modern front‑end build pipelines and tools.
• Performance optimization techniques.
• Testing frameworks: Jest and React Testing Library.
