MIS Executive – Business Reporting & Analysis

About the role

The MIS Executive will prepare, analyse and present monthly management information system reports to support business and operational decision‑making within Al Futtaim Automotive’s Aftersales division.

Key responsibilities

• Produce monthly MIS reports, dashboards and presentations using Excel and other reporting tools.
• Monitor business performance, identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Generate periodic reports for automotive principals (Honda and GAC) within agreed timelines.
• Collaborate with the Call Centre team to create customer engagement and performance reports.
• Manage service contracts, extended warranties and support Aftersales teams with SAP‑related issues.
• Participate in process‑improvement and system‑enhancement initiatives, including CAPEX request preparation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Statistics or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in MIS, business reporting, analysis or a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis).
• Microsoft PowerPoint for management presentations.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Dashboard and MIS report development.
