Munitions Foreman – Senior Crew Chief (USAF)

About the role

The Munitions Foreman leads the crew responsible for receipt, storage, inspection, transport and maintenance of USAF munitions at the site. This senior position ensures compliance with all safety, quality and security standards while supervising technicians and coordinating with operations personnel.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all munitions operations including receipt, storage, inspection, transport and maintenance.
• Supervise assigned Munitions Technicians and act as Munitions Supervisor in their absence.
• Conduct warehouse inventories, resolve discrepancies and prepare shipments for air, sea and surface transport.
• Operate and maintain TICMS, MC2 and other munitions information systems.
• Provide safety briefings, emergency response and ensure compliance with USAF and host‑nation regulations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least four years of military munitions experience.
• Eligibility for a US Secret Security Clearance (US citizenship required).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a host‑nation license.
• Physically capable of lifting/pushing/pulling a minimum of 50 lb and wearing required PPE.

Required skills

• Intermediate knowledge of USAF Supply, TMO and Munitions Tech Order systems.
• Proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Operation of material handling equipment, forklifts and tractor‑trailers.
• Experience with TICMS, MC2, CAS, TMRS and IMDS information systems.
