NDT Technician – Non‑Destructive Testing Specialist

About the role

The NDT Technician provides non‑destructive testing solutions for welds and materials, ensuring compliance with codes, specifications and project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Examine welds and materials using Radiography (RT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) and Dye Penetrant Testing (PT) according to contractual specifications.
• Determine conformity or non‑conformity of flaws and produce accurate reports.
• Execute examinations following approved NDT plans, procedures and internationally recognised codes.
• Assess results to accept or reject work based on defined criteria.
• Coordinate with the assigned QC inspector to verify completion of rectification work.

Required profile

• 2+ years of Engineering degree or High School Diploma.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Radiography or Ultrasonic testing.
• ASNT or CSWIP certification and qualification in recognised competency schemes (e.g., PCN, CSWIP, ASNT).
• Proficiency in interpreting examination results and reporting according to relevant codes and specifications.
