Night Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Ned & Ned's Club is looking for a Night Manager to lead hotel operations throughout the overnight shift in Doha. Reporting to senior management, the successful candidate will ensure that all guest interactions, safety procedures and service standards reflect the brand’s ultra‑luxury ethos.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the Front Office during the night, handling arrivals, departures, guest requests, complaints and service recovery.
• Conduct regular rounds of public areas, monitoring cleanliness, security and compliance with LQA and Forbes standards.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, security and other departments to provide seamless support for guest needs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of outlet menus, facilities and local customs to answer enquiries confidently.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents or unexpected situations, ensuring guest and staff safety.
• Prepare and review night audit reports, ensuring accurate financial posting and reconciliation.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in hotel night operations or front‑office management.
• Strong understanding of Qatari culture, guest expectations and luxury hospitality standards.
• Excellent communication, discretion and emotional intelligence when dealing with high‑profile guests.
• Proactive problem‑solver with the ability to work independently during night hours.
