About the role
Madre Integrated Engineering is hiring a full-time Rigger for an offshore position in Qatar. The role covers rigging and lifting work on board, following approved plans and offshore safety procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out rigging and lifting activities as per approved lifting plans.
- Assist crane operators and banksmen during lifting operations.
- Inspect slings, shackles, hooks and lifting tools before use.
- Ensure safe load handling, signalling and proper use of rigging equipment.
- Follow offshore HSE procedures and worksite safety requirements.
Required profile
- Relevant offshore experience as a Rigger.
- Strong knowledge of rigging, slinging and lifting operations.
- Valid Rigger Stage 1/2 certification preferred.
- Offshore certificates such as T-BOSIET, H2S and OMF.
- Available to join immediately.
