About the role
An experienced Oil & Gas Project Engineer is sought to oversee manpower deployment, project planning and site execution for major energy sector clients in Qatar. The engineer coordinates with operations teams, clients and site supervisors so that projects are delivered safely, efficiently and on time.
Key responsibilities
- Manage project timelines and workforce allocation
- Coordinate with clients and site teams
- Monitor safety and compliance standards
- Prepare progress reports
- Control project costs and materials
- Ensure timely project delivery
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 5+ years of oil & gas experience
- Project coordination experience
- Knowledge of the Qatar market
- Strong leadership and excellent communication skills
