Oracle EBS HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an Oracle EBS HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant to join our IT Enterprise Solutions team in Doha. The ideal candidate combines strong development skills with deep knowledge of HR and payroll processes, ensuring seamless system performance during monthly payroll cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with payroll teams to guarantee zero‑downtime and rapid issue resolution during monthly cycles.
• Maintain Oracle HRMS (R12.2.X) and custom applications built with OAF, XML Publisher, and Fast Formula.
• Ensure smooth data integration between HRMS, Finance, SCM, and third‑party systems.
• Adhere to data security and corporate governance standards for all developments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of techno‑functional experience with Oracle EBS R12.2.X HRMS (Core HR, Payroll, OTL).
• Strong analytical and presentation abilities; comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with the Qatar/GCC work environment is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced PL/SQL programming and troubleshooting.
• Oracle Application Framework (OAF) development and extensions.
• Oracle Workflow customization and maintenance.
• XML Publisher and Fast Formula expertise.
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle EBS HRMS (R12.2.X) modules.
