OT Cybersecurity Lead (IEC 62443)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced OT Cybersecurity Lead to design, implement and manage the IEC 62443 security model for our industrial environment. The role includes deploying hardware data diodes, setting up an OT security platform and ensuring continuous threat detection and validation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the IEC 62443 zone‑conduit security architecture.
• Specify, procure and commission mandatory hardware data diodes.
• Deploy and configure an OT security platform for passive monitoring, threat detection and SIEM integration.
• Conduct penetration testing and ongoing security validation of OT systems.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity.
• Proven expertise in IEC 62443 design, implementation and validation.
• Hands‑on experience with data‑diode and industrial DMZ deployments.
• Experience integrating OT SOC and SIEM solutions.
• Relevant certifications such as ISA/IEC 62443 or GICSP.
