About the role
We are looking for Arabic‑speaking Captains and Supervisors to join the Outside Catering Department of Sheraton Grand Doha. This full‑time, on‑site position is responsible for overseeing daily service operations, maintaining high hospitality standards, and ensuring guest satisfaction across all external events.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the service team during outside catering events.
- Ensure compliance with food‑and‑beverage service standards and hygiene procedures.
- Manage team performance, scheduling, and on‑the‑spot problem solving.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and events teams to deliver seamless event setups.
- Maintain guest satisfaction by addressing service issues promptly.
Required profile
- Strong background in hospitality and guest service.
- Proven experience supervising service teams in a hotel or catering environment.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting with flexible hours.
- Fluent in English; Arabic required for the role; additional languages are a plus.
- Hospitality education or related qualification is advantageous.
