Outside Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and target‑driven Outside Sales Representative to join our Facilities Management team in Qatar. You will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with corporate and property clients, and converting leads into long‑term service contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the facilities management sector.
• Develop and maintain relationships with facility managers, property owners, procurement teams and corporate clients.
• Promote and sell services such as cleaning, maintenance, AC and other building support services.
• Visit client sites to assess requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare and submit professional quotations, proposals and service offers.
• Follow up on leads, negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with operations for smooth handover of new contracts and ensure client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Experience in facilities management, cleaning, maintenance, MEP or property management is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the Qatar market and B2B sales environment.
• Ability to generate leads, close sales and work independently.
• Qatar driving licence is mandatory.
