Padel Coach – Doha, Qatar

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Padel Coach to join our team in Doha. The role involves delivering high‑quality private and group coaching sessions while supporting the growth of padel across the community.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the padel courts, ensuring safety and standards.
• Conduct private and group coaching sessions for players of all levels.
• Maintain equipment and court conditions to provide an optimal player experience.
• Assist in organizing and supporting tournaments, leagues, and community events.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Spanish speaker.
• Proven experience coaching padel players of varying abilities.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to lead both private and group sessions.
• Experience with events, leagues, or tournaments is preferred.

Required skills

• Padel coaching techniques.
• Group instruction management.
• Court operations and equipment handling.

What we offer

• Monthly gross salary of QAR 10,000.
• Breakdown: basic salary QAR 5,000, accommodation allowance QAR 3,000, transportation allowance QAR 1,000, cost‑of‑living allowance QAR 1,000.
• Additional QAR 100 per coaching hour.
• 1‑year renewable contract with a 6‑month probation period.
• Up to 9 working hours per day, 28 days paid annual leave, end‑of‑service benefits.
• One round‑trip flight ticket after one year of service.
