About the role
The Patient Care Partner works under the supervision of clinical nursing staff to maintain a safe, clean hospital environment and to support daily patient care activities in women’s and pediatric units.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, safe patient environment and assist with bed turnover and room cleaning.
- Support clinical nursing staff with patient mobilization, escorting patients, and responding to call lights.
- Assist in the set‑up and cleaning of operating and procedure rooms between cases.
- Restock consumables, stores and laundry, and transport supplies, equipment and specimens as directed.
Required profile
- High school diploma or graduate of a Healthcare/Medical Assistant program.
- At least 6 months of relevant healthcare experience, preferably in a pediatric or women’s hospital.
- Current BLCS certification.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the computerized Time and Attendance and Staff Scheduling system.
- Manual handling proficiency.
- Microsoft Office suite.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Fluent spoken Arabic.
