Payroll Associate

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Payroll Associate to join our team. In this role you will ensure that monthly payroll is processed accurately and on time while maintaining up‑to‑date employee records. You will work closely with HR and Finance to guarantee compliance with internal policies and local labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and within scheduled deadlines.
• Maintain payroll records and employee data in the payroll system.
• Verify attendance, leave, overtime and other payroll inputs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance on payroll‑related matters.
• Handle employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with payroll reporting and internal or external audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR or a related field.
• 1–3 years of payroll processing experience (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of labor laws and payroll compliance is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with payroll systems or software.
