P&C Business Partner – Enablement

About the role

We are seeking a P&C Business Partner – Enablement to work closely with functional leaders in People & Culture, Finance, Strategy & Revenue. The role bridges headquarters business partnering with group‑level exposure, translating business priorities into people, organization and talent strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary People & Culture partner for leaders across P&C, Finance, Strategy & Revenue, developing deep understanding of each function’s strategy and talent landscape.
• Translate business priorities into practical people and organisational plans, identifying where P&C interventions can drive stronger outcomes.
• Provide evidence‑based advice on organisation design, workforce planning, role clarity, succession, capability gaps and people‑cost considerations.
• Partner on organisational design, workforce planning, restructuring and headcount governance, collaborating with P&C leadership and Finance.
• Drive the talent agenda, including performance management, critical talent identification, succession planning, development, retention and leadership capability.
• Facilitate performance and talent calibration discussions and ensure differentiation based on business impact.
• Support leaders in addressing underperformance and work with Talent Acquisition to align hiring with workforce plans.

Required profile

• Strategic mindset with ability to challenge constructively and use data and organisational insights to diagnose issues.
• Strong understanding of organisational design, workforce planning and talent management principles.
• Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing people‑related decisions.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with capacity to maintain trusted partnerships.
