People Intelligence & Insights Specialist

About the role

The People Intelligence & Insights Specialist designs, builds and delivers workforce intelligence solutions that enable data‑driven decision‑making across HR and the wider business. You will turn complex HR data into clear business narratives, strategic insights and actionable recommendations for senior leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive analytics for talent acquisition, development, learning, nationalisation, compensation, organisational design and other business functions.
• Create workforce intelligence models and scenarios such as attrition risk, internal mobility, skills supply‑demand, absenteeism, succession readiness, employee engagement and wellbeing.
• Design and enhance HR data models and data‑warehouse structures; write and optimise SQL queries to extract, transform and validate data.
• Build automated data pipelines on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Databricks, ensuring performance, reliability and scalability.
• Maintain data‑governance standards, including data quality, documentation and metric alignment.
• Support AI and automation initiatives, exploring LLM‑enabled tools, conversational analytics and Python‑based automation.
• Collaborate with HRIS, IT and data teams on ERP analytics and the transition to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, scorecards and insight products, delivering secure, high‑performance visualisations to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, AI/ML or a related discipline.
• Strong technical expertise in analytics and data engineering combined with the ability to translate workforce data into business impact.
• Experience designing data models, building data pipelines and delivering HR analytics solutions.
