Planning and Resourcing Manager

About the role

Hamad International Airport is looking for a Qatari national to join as Planning and Resourcing Manager. The role turns workforce data into practical staffing decisions, ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time to support airport operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning and forecasting activities and translate operational demand into staffing and resource plans.
• Analyse manpower requirements, workforce availability and operational trends, and identify workforce gaps with practical solutions.
• Improve resource allocation and workforce utilisation, and develop resource plans for peak periods and operational disruptions.
• Support roster, scheduling and leave planning, and work with Operations and HR stakeholders on manpower requirements.
• Guide and develop the workforce planning team and lead change and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Qatari nationality; the opportunity is open only to Qatari nationals.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience in workforce planning, manpower planning, operations, scheduling, resource planning or workforce analytics is particularly relevant.
• Good command of English.
