PMO Senior Analyst Specialist

About the role

Malomatia is seeking a PMO Senior Analyst Specialist to lead the design and implementation of standardized project management methodologies across its technology‑driven initiatives. The role supports project managers and senior leadership by providing governance, reporting, and risk‑management expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and implement standardized project management methodologies, frameworks, and governance processes.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, milestones, deliverables, risks and dependencies.
• Provide project managers with tools, guidance and support to ensure effective execution.
• Develop project reports, dashboards and performance updates for senior leadership.
• Identify project risks and issues, support mitigation plans and drive timely resolution.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with business priorities, objectives and agreed timelines.
• Drive continuous improvement of PMO processes, reporting standards and project delivery practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience in PMO, project management or project governance roles.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, reporting frameworks and governance practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and organizational skills.
• Experience managing complex projects within technology‑driven environments.
• Arabic speaker is mandatory.
• Preferable experience in Telecom, Technology or Technology Service Provider environments, especially within GCC markets.
