Pool & Beach Attendant

About the role

As a Pool & Beach Attendant at Four Seasons Resort and Residences at The Pearl‑Qatar, you will be the first point of contact for guests enjoying the resort’s beachfront and pool areas. You will ensure a seamless, luxurious experience by providing attentive service with a warm, genuine smile.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the pool and beach, offering water, oshibori, and spritzing services.
• Provide fresh towels and assist with seating arrangements on the beach.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of poolside and beach areas, including chairs, umbrellas, and surrounding decks.
• Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to requests, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and food‑beverage teams to coordinate service flow.

Required profile

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a service‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work outdoors in a fast‑paced, luxury environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency in delivering water, oshibori, and towel service.
• Experience handling guest seating arrangements on beach settings.
