Premier Relationship Manager – Qatari National

About the role

HSBC International Wealth and Premier Banking is seeking a motivated Qatari National to join its Premier Relationship Management team. You will deliver premium banking and wealth solutions to affluent clients, grow the Premier customer base, and uphold global service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new Premier customers through networking, referrals and market visibility.
• Maintain regular, planned contact with existing clients to deepen relationships and drive long‑term retention.
• Identify and propose appropriate investment, insurance and wealth solutions, and support lending needs within delegated authority.
• Handle walk‑in and portfolio service requests, resolve complaints promptly and ensure root‑cause remediation.
• Keep customer records accurate, guide clients to efficient service channels, and maintain high data‑quality standards.
• Adhere to risk, compliance and control requirements, including KYC/CDD, AML, sanctions screening and information‑security policies.

Required profile

• Graduate degree with prior sales and service experience in financial services.
• Proven ability to build relationships with high‑net‑worth or affluent customers.
• Experience delivering sales/service via phone, email and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Good understanding of financial markets, investment and insurance products.
• Track record of developing and executing sales strategies and meeting targets.
