Premier Service Manager (Qatari National)

About the role

The Premier Service Manager supports HSBC's Premier Wealth Relationship Managers (PWRMs) by delivering an exceptional client experience for high‑value Premier customers. This role acts as the primary point of contact when the PWRM is unavailable and may provide credit or lending assistance as required.

Key responsibilities

• Provide dedicated support to a team of Premier Wealth Relationship Managers, enabling them to focus on client‑facing activities.
• Manage day‑to‑day activities, client satisfaction, sales quality, acquisition, recurring income, and overall portfolio growth.
• Serve as the first point of contact for Premier clients in the absence of the PWRM.
• Offer credit and lending support when dictated by market requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of HSBC’s banking products, wealth and Premier propositions, and related processes.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and empathy skills with decisive decision‑making ability.
• Experience in a retail or Premier banking network is preferred.
• Understanding of core banking products, Premier proposition, and relationship‑management systems.
• Familiarity with KYC, CDD, AML, and relevant regulatory governance.
• Knowledge of HSBC’s Premier banking and lending systems.
• Team player with collaborative mindset and ability to deliver client‑centric solutions.
