Pricing & Commercial Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Pricing & Commercial Analyst to drive product pricing, profitability analysis, and competitive benchmarking for our fast‑growing e‑commerce business. The role will ensure that our product portfolio is priced competitively while maintaining healthy margins across all categories.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze product costs, shipping costs, and profit margins to determine optimal selling prices.
• Monitor competitor pricing and market trends across relevant product categories.
• Review and update pricing on the website to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Identify underpriced, overpriced, and low‑margin products and recommend pricing adjustments.
• Monitor product and category profitability and support margin‑improvement initiatives.
• Analyze sales performance and customer purchasing behavior to inform pricing decisions.
• Support promotional campaigns, markdown strategies, and clearance activities.
• Review slow‑moving inventory and recommend pricing actions to improve sell‑through.
• Prepare pricing, margin, and profitability reports for management.
• Maintain pricing trackers, competitor reports, and commercial dashboards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in pricing, commercial analysis, retail operations, merchandising, finance, or e‑commerce.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets.
• Experience handling large volumes of product data.
