Private Banking Analyst

About the role

The Private Banking Analyst will support the development and execution of the Private Banking growth strategy, focusing on wealth opportunities, client segmentation, and the implementation of products, advisory capabilities, digital platforms, and operating model enhancements to increase investment revenue and AUM. The role will also help attract international wealth flows from India, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Egypt into the bank’s Qatar and Switzerland booking centers.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze private banking portfolios, deposits, investment penetration, and wealth trends to identify high‑potential prospects and target segments.
• Support product and proposition development by assessing gaps, gathering requirements, and assisting in creating differentiated private banking solutions.
• Enable relationship manager coverage and productivity frameworks, including training and advisory process implementation.
• Drive digital wealth and client journey transformation by analyzing current journeys and supporting digital platform capabilities.
• Coordinate with private banking, investments, product, digital, operations, and technology teams to deliver strategic growth initiatives.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor AUM growth, investment penetration, wealth acquisition, and RM productivity.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, investments, business analysis, product management, or banking transformation.
• Strong understanding of private banking, investment products, and wealth advisory models.
• Experience in client analytics, segmentation, and business requirements gathering.
• Knowledge of portfolio advisory, wealth lending, and digital wealth capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Based in Qatar with fluency in Arabic and English.
