Process Engineering Specialist

About the role

The Process Engineering Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site position in Doha, Qatar. You will analyze and improve manufacturing and engineering processes to boost efficiency, quality, and safety across aerospace and high‑precision component projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement process control strategies.
• Document, standardize, and continuously improve workflows.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with design, production, quality, and supply‑chain teams to resolve technical issues.
• Prepare technical reports and support root‑cause analyses.
• Ensure processes comply with industry standards and customer requirements.

Required profile

• Strong background in process engineering and optimization.
• Robust analytical and process‑control capabilities.
• Effective communication for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Relevant experience in aerospace, precision manufacturing, or related engineering fields (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Familiarity with CNC machining, quality systems, and continuous‑improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and use engineering software/tools for data analysis and documentation.
