Procurement Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement and GS Coordinator to lead our supply‑chain and administrative operations in Doha. The role combines procurement planning, vendor management and facilities oversight, supporting our activities in the power, energy and water sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Create, compile and execute the annual procurement plan, including sourcing, tendering and direct purchases.
• Issue and monitor purchase orders to ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality, quantity and pricing.
• Coordinate the selection, engagement and contract compliance of external vendors and suppliers.
• Evaluate and improve procurement tools and processes based on departmental and supplier feedback.
• Oversee maintenance, safety and logistics of facilities, office supplies and support services such as cleaning and security.
• Follow departmental policies and SOPs, contribute to continuous improvement, cost reduction and prepare timely financial and operational reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in large companies, with at least 3 years in managerial roles.
• Proven experience in the power, energy or water sectors.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical and hands‑on operational experience within a GCC environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with senior executives, stakeholders and external partners.
• Professional proficiency in English; Arabic is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
