Product Manager (Qatari Nationals Only)

About the role

Snoonu, Qatar’s homegrown Super App, is seeking a strategic Product Manager to lead key initiatives within its product team. This role balances product innovation with practical implementation, ensuring offerings meet current market demands and anticipate future trends.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement product strategies aligned with business goals and market opportunities.
• Lead the end‑to‑end product development lifecycle from ideation through launch and beyond.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless execution.
• Prioritize product backlog, manage timelines, and deliver enhancements and new features.
• Utilize A/B testing, user research, and market analysis to gather insights and continuously improve the product.
• Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate product success and drive data‑based decisions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management or equivalent experience.
• Strong background in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
• Experience conducting user research, surveys, and interviews.
• Excellent communication, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluency in English; degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, Finance, or Marketing.
