Professional Masseuse – Spa & Wellness

About the role

The Masseuse will deliver professional massage and wellness treatments to guests while upholding the luxury standards of Radisson Hotel Group. This role combines therapeutic expertise with exceptional guest service in a dynamic hotel spa environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a variety of massage therapies for guests.
• Prepare, clean, and maintain treatment rooms to high hygiene standards.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and manage spa inventory.
• Assist with spa or recreation reception duties when needed.
• Promote spa services and respond to guest inquiries professionally.
• Monitor supplies and equipment, reporting any maintenance issues.
• Follow all hotel policies, health and safety regulations, and emergency procedures.
• Maintain excellent grooming standards and attend training sessions.
• Support overall departmental operations and perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Diploma or Certificate in Massage Therapy, Spa Therapy, or a related field.
• Valid Massage Therapist License or government‑approved certification.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a masseuse in a hotel, resort, spa, or wellness centre; five‑star hotel experience preferred.
• Proficiency in various massage techniques.
• Good command of spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional appearance with strong attention to hygiene and grooming.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Knowledge of health, safety, hygiene, and emergency procedures.
