Project Manager – Asset & Wealth Management

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end initiatives within our Asset & Wealth Management division in Qatar. The role requires deep expertise in wealth management, private banking and investment advisory, combined with strong project delivery capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor projects across wealth management and private banking, ensuring alignment with budgets, timelines and risk thresholds.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including business, technology and external vendors, to achieve project milestones.
• Drive requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, implementation and production deployment.
• Maintain compliance with wealth‑management regulatory frameworks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Report progress to senior stakeholders and manage project dependencies and issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in project management within wealth management, private banking, asset management or investment advisory.
• Proven track record of delivering complex financial services projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in the wealth‑management sector.

Required skills

• PMP certification.
• Hands‑on experience with Avaloq, Fusion Invest (Finastra) or Multifonds platforms.
