About the role
We are looking for a Project Manager (ATC) to lead a portfolio of IT projects within the banking and financial services sector. The role focuses on delivering projects on time, within scope and budget while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Manage assigned project portfolio following the IT Project Management methodology.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments, vendors and stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross‑functional IT teams to monitor progress and resolve issues.
- Prepare and deliver project initiation, status, and closure reports.
- Identify and mitigate risks, control scope and ensure compliance with security policies.
- Facilitate team and client meetings, providing clear direction and documentation.
- Support internal and external audits by supplying accurate project information.
- Maintain confidentiality of commercially sensitive data.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree; PMI Project Management certification required.
- Minimum 8 years of experience managing IT projects in banking or financial services.
- MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.
- Relevant training or certifications in systems technology, management or banking is advantageous.
