Project Manager (Finance Background - Arabic Speaker)

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager with a strong finance background and fluency in Arabic to lead and deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role involves coordinating internal stakeholders, external consultants, and contractors while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define project objectives, scope, schedule, and budget in line with business needs.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects, overseeing design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning and initial operation.
• Lead a multidisciplinary project team, assign duties, and manage site mobilization and demobilization.
• Conduct design reviews, manage changes, and ensure compliance with project plans.
• Collaborate with corporate departments and IT to develop business cases and evaluate technology solutions.
• Track project progress, prepare regular status reports, and manage financial performance.
• Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and statutory authorities to meet regulatory and quality requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in finance‑related or infrastructure projects.
• Fluent Arabic (spoken and written) and strong English communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and manage third‑party vendors.
• Strong analytical skills to translate business needs into project objectives.
• Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.

Required skills
